Gravimetric filling for maximum precision
Filling is carried out gravimetrically, ensuring maximum accuracy. The product is filled to the exact weight using a fine–coarse–fine dosing method. During filling, the lance moves with the rising liquid level, which prevents splashing and contributes to a clean and controlled process.
Controlled decapping and continuous production flow
Once the barrel is completely filled, the machine automatically tightens the same cap again, using the correct torque. The filled IBC then leaves the installation via the output belt and high-speed doors, while the next barrel is already being fed in. This creates a smooth, continuous and efficient production process at Eurosweet.
