A versatile role with impact

He is responsible for sales, technical support and managing the team of project engineers. “My work consists of sales, technical support and managing our team of project engineers. That mix makes the work exciting – no two days are the same.”
What does he like most about his work? He doesn’t have to think long about that: “The contact with customers. Working together on their unique machines, to which we proudly add our own filling lines. The best moment? When that line is really running, you feel: we all made this together. HVL is moving forward, and so are we.”

From first project to lasting success

One project in particular stands out in his memory: “The very first Eagle Filling Line XL. That name was coined during the development process, and it was packed with technology. The great thing about it? Almost 10 years later, it’s still running optimally. A project like that stays with you.”

A young and committed team

The team of project engineers is the beating heart of TFS. “It’s a young, enthusiastic and curious team. They look beyond the question and really feel ownership of the solution. When they commit to something, they really go for it.”
Reflection is important in this regard: “We evaluate regularly and make time for relaxation, with fun team outings. That balance makes all the difference.”

Why TFS was given its own name

Although TFS originated from HVL, it was deliberately separated. “We wanted to further specialise in filling lines and transport systems. That also requires our own identity. With TFS, we can really promote that specialism.”

Growing with ambition

And what does the future hold for TFS? “We want to expand our specialism and continue to grow in the field of filling lines. This will enable us to help our customers even better, with smart solutions designed by people who go the extra mile.”
