Fully automatic operation

The Heron Filling Line operates fully automatically. The only manual task is to take care of the supply and discharge of the canisters. The machine ensures that the containers are accurately positioned after which the lances go into the container by means of a servo-controlled movement. Filling takes place in a few stages: a large dose followed by a smaller dose for a very precise filling. This process not only guarantees precision but also minimizes waste. Finally, a tilt tray under the lances catches any spills.

Extensions possible

The Heron Filling Line can be fully customized and expanded based on your wishes and specific product requirements. Due to its modular structure, it is even possible to expand the Heron Filling Line into a complete filling line. This expansion also makes it possible to automate logistical processes. Consider the supply and removal of packaging with a transport system, buffer tables, piping and tank construction.

Linking with a palletizing system (the Palletiser) and an automatic cap sealer ( Condor Capping Machine) is also possible. These additions make the filling machine a fully integrated and efficient production process.
