The Eagle Filling Line XL is a fully automated filling machine designed for the efficient and precise filling of drums and IBC’s.

One of the key advantages of the Eagle Filling Line XL is the complete automation of the filling process. The operator simply selects the desired pre-programmed filling process and packaging quantity via the easy-to-use touchscreen, allowing the operator to easily switch between filling processes.

Thanks to its ability to integrate with an ERP system, the filling process can be seamlessly connected to existing business software and production processes. Once the correct filling program is selected, the rest of the process is carried out automatically. The machine’s vision system accurately detects the opening of the packaging. Then the filling pistol drops into the opening of the packaging via a servo-controlled motion. This ensures that each package is filled precisely.

Precise and Efficient Filling with the Dosing System

The Eagle Filling Line XL uses a ‘fine/course/fine’ dosing system to ensure a high level of accuracy during the filling process. The process starts with a slow initial dose to prevent foaming, filling the packaging to just beyond the pistol tip, followed by rapid dosing to shorten the overall dosing time. Finally, the pistol dispenses at a slower speed to ensure the exact amount of liquid is dispensed. As a result, the machine is ideal for products that require precise filling, is very efficient and reduces waste to a minimum.

Downloads and data sheets

The operator moves the lance above the opening of the packaging and presses start, then the filling cycle is started. The lance then sinks into the packaging by means of a servo-controlled movement.
