Flexibly adjustable via touchscreen

One of the key features of the Condor Capping Machine is its user-friendly touchscreen control panel. Operators can easily choose from one of the pre-programmed recipes to select the correct cap profile. This also sets the tightening torque, which is freely adjustable depending on the cap type and canister specifications. This ensures consistent, high-quality closure regardless of the product being processed.

Easy cleaning and minimal maintenance

Easy cleaning is one of the core features of the Condor Capping Machine. Hygiene and ease of use were at the center of the machine’s design. Thanks to the open design and the use of a stainless steel frame, the machine can be cleaned quickly and thoroughly. Automatic cap feed

With the Condor Capping Machine, the caps are fed in at the front of the machine. They are then conveyed to the closing head via a chute. This process is fully automatic, increasing productivity. The machine comes with a specially designed cap feed conveyor. Here the caps are collected in a buffer bin. From this bin, the caps are automatically fed to the closing head for efficient processing. This ensures a continuous flow of products without interruptions or errors.
